The 2026 First Founders' Award will be presented to Pam Cornforth for her integrity, leadership, and commitment to Delaware Philanthropy in improving the lives of others in our community.
Pam Cornforth is a dedicated nonprofit leader who has served as President and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Delaware since 1999. Under her leadership, the organization has grown significantly and provided a place of comfort and support to more than 50,000 families with seriously ill children.
A passionate advocate for her community, Pam has held numerous leadership roles with organizations including Fund for Women, the Delaware Association of Nonprofit Agencies, Rotary Club of Wilmington, and the Junior League of Wilmington. Her commitment to service and leadership has earned her numerous honors, including USA TODAY’s 2024 Delaware Woman of the Year and the 2025 Delaware Business Times Medium Nonprofit CEO of the Year.
